Ashley 5.5-inch Scissors are compact, general-purpose scissors designed for everyday cutting tasks around the home, office, classroom or workplace. They feature stainless steel blades and comfort-grip handles for controlled, convenient use.
Measuring approximately 140mm from end to end, their smaller size makes them easy to store in a desk drawer, stationery box, craft kit or household utility drawer. They are suitable for light everyday materials such as paper, card, string, tape and thin packaging.
These scissors are intended for routine household and stationery tasks. Their compact size provides useful control for smaller cutting jobs where a larger pair of scissors may be inconvenient.
To maintain their condition, wipe the blades clean and dry after use. Avoid prolonged contact with water, moisture, adhesives or corrosive substances. Do not use the scissors to cut wire, metal, thick plastic or other materials that could damage or separate the blades.
Scissors have sharp cutting edges and points. Always handle them carefully, cut away from the body and keep them securely stored out of the reach of children and pets. Children should only use scissors with appropriate adult supervision. Inspect the scissors before use and discontinue using them if the blades, pivot or handles become loose or damaged.
