Growmoor Seed & Cutting Compost 20L is a specialist growing medium for sowing seeds and rooting cuttings. It is a peat and vermiculite blend made to support germination and early growth, then make transplanting easier.

  Composition : peat blended with vermiculite. 

  How to use
  Fill clean seed trays, modules or small pots. Firm lightly so the surface is level, then water and allow to drain. Sow seed to the depth on the seed packet; cover fine seed with a thin layer of compost or leave uncovered if the packet says so. For cuttings, insert into moist compost so the stem is supported. Keep evenly moist, not waterlogged, in a warm, bright place out of harsh sun until roots or true leaves form. Pot on into a potting or multi-purpose compost when plants are large enough to handle.

  Storage and safety
  Store the bag sealed, cool and dry. Use clean trays and tools to reduce damping-off. Wash hands after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. This product contains peat.
