Directions for Use

Heat the pad in the microwave according to the manufacturer's instructions. Only heat one pad at a time and allow it to cool completely to room temperature before reheating. Never overheat the pad.

For better heat transfer, the fleece cover can be removed when placing the pad beneath bedding or a mattress, following the manufacturer's guidance.
